Town Government
Participating in Local Government: The Brattleboro Municipal Center, located at 230 Main Street, is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The town is governed by a five-member Selectboard, which meets every first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:15 p.m. Anyone is welcome to attend in person or on Zoom. There are numerous boards and committees that advise on various aspects of local government on a volunteer basis. Residents are encouraged to apply.
